What if I’m traveling during the program?

 This program was built with real life in mind. We’ll plan ahead for your trip so you feel supported, not behind. Weekly check-ins are due by Wednesday at noon, and if you're away during a holiday week, we can shift to a Monday check-in (optional). Voice check-ins are welcome too.

 What if I’ve never done coaching before?
